Real Shit (Old School Drum Mix)
This is just the stripped down version minus the four different instruments (ie: bass, keys, xylaphone and piano).

Real Shit (Tres Remix)
An update to a classic Claw track from 1993. Mysterio souped up this version with a deep bumping bass line, rhodes keys, xylaphones and some very wild drum programming. Crisp cuts fit in between and over Claw's playful lyrics as the hilarious back up vocals come in and out.

Mind of A Man (Murk Mix - 2010)
After about nine months of working on various projects a slew of Universal Sounds songs are being remixed and remastered by Mysterio. First up is a lost gem from the 8-track archives created by E.N.S. who is accompanied by Moosie Moe on the mic.
The song is much more grimy than the original version courtesy of the sounds of the Black Keys and Lalo Schifrin. Mysterio serves up all kinds of cold cuts on the turntables as the two emcees drop some lyrics of the mind.
Back II Attack
An excerpt for Star Trek brings in this ruff cut from T-Booth's demo. Horns from James Bond echo over a heavily reverbed drum track which soon becomes engulfed in wild guitars and other mad sounds allowing T-Booth to drop some of his classic Mad As Fuck lyrical stylings.
NOTABLE QUOTES:
"... Some things are beyond your understanding/ It must of been empathy confused for sympathy/ Who fucked up the industry?" - T-Booth

World War 3 (1998 Demo)
I never heard the AZ song utilizing the same sample until years later so this Lamada version remains the crown jewel in my playlist. The demo version of this song includes Anoir and E.N.S. with Claw appearing on later versions and the remixed version created by ELP.
NOTABLE QUOTES:
"We're existing in an era where a man gives a child much more than a kiss/ To only receive a slap on the wrist/ Pedophiles run wild from the city to the burbs/ Where half of our youth are doing more than puffing herbs" - Anoir Akbar
"I'll never be an equal in the eyes of the beast/ An so tensions increase on these here streets" - E.N.S.
Forever (Demo)
The Golden Record comes into play as Universal Sounds delivers a thumping beat created by Claw and Mysterio. On this version only two emcees appear but they clearly compliment the crystal clear creation.
NOTABLE QUOTES:
"Best to make way for the U-N-I eternal/ The three headed dragon sending shivers down your sternum" - E.N.S.
"East coast to west coast/ Flipping pole to pole/ Lyrically we making hip hop K.O.'s" - Claw
Constant Elevation
Warped samples over a steadily flowing drum track allow us to explore the mind of Aya Da Storm as he elevates with a hook thrown in by Prince Po from Organized Konfusion.
NOTABLE QUOTES:
"Thoughts ignite and spark visions of past lives/ Long considered lost in the depths of the archives/ But they survive along with other manifestations/ And blind detonation and cerebral information" - Aya Da Storm

Bullet
A murky piano over a head snapping drum track allows Kwote to showcase his skills in this tale of a metaphorical bullet. The rhymes he spits are sprayed in rapid fire fashion as the title suggests.
NOTABLE QUOTES:
"As they make billions off of your sales/ Ringtones/ T-shirts/ Remix the network/ Re-release your releases/ And kill the legacy built" - Kwote

Rare Artist Series: 5 Percent - Stop Hold Up
Another track from the Baltimore native who kicked some ill lyrics in earlier entry. This time he steps up to deliver some tight rhymes over Big Daddy Kane's "Stop Shammin" instrumental created by the Beatnuts.

Chaos & Mayhem
George Benson backed this track composed by Mysterio with Mayhem coming in to drop his multi-syllable rhyme flow. Kane provides the hook with some unknown vocalist "whoopin'" it up in the background. Pure demo material.
NOTABLE QUOTES:
"You don't want to clash with me cause that's a catastrophe/ My lyrical mastery brings nothing but tragedy" - Mayhem

Lyrical Masterblasters (O.G. Mix)
J.O.B. produced this track for Moosie Moe and T-Booth in the summer of 1993. They recorded the lyrics in the bathroom giving it that natural reverb complete with the water in the bathtub running at the beginning. Just pure fun.

Lamada's Breakthrough
Man In The Mirror (Demo)
E.N.S. came up with this introspective track back in 1995. With a sample from the obvious for the hook he brings in lyrics reflecting his own self journey. The track has all kinds of samples - musical and vocal - coming in and out as well as cuts by Mysterio. It was a demo and Mysterio has noted he has the original master on 8-track and will eventually give the song its proper place sonically.
NOTABLE QUOTES:
"Cause if they can take me and put me in another man's army/ And arm me/ Just so another fool can harm me/ Well, then I'm just a shell of a man/ Without a plan/ Who can't think for himself..." - E.N.S.
