Claw crafted this first person perspective way back in 1995.  He takes the role of a soldier who was trained by the School Of Americas (known as School of Assassins and now known as The Westeren Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation).  Mysterio went back to the boards and layed down some intense analog samples over drum programming of his own design.  In between the verses he inserted clips from a speech by Father Roy regarding said school.  It sad that this song still holds truth in it to this day but it remains as relevant as it did over sixteen years ago.

I am a huge advocate of the Smooth Assassin.  Well, not huge but damn he is consistent in a way.  At least whenever he drops something, which is rare, he comes off well over dope beats.  This track here is right up my alley with the funky bass and him paired up with Pac is surprisingly soothing.
